How Regional Engagements Work
- Perth metro: site inspections and suburb research can generally be arranged at short notice throughout the week.
- Regional centres: site visits are scheduled in planned blocks, and travel time is disclosed transparently in your quote.
- Remote analysis: much of our due diligence — planning scheme checks, sales evidence, market review and financial modelling — is completed from our Perth office for any location in WA.
- Local input: where a project warrants it, we coordinate with local agents, consultants and councils to complete the picture.
