Our story
Halcon Marong Pty Ltd was established to pursue a simple but demanding idea: that well-chosen, well-executed property projects in Western Australia can deliver lasting value when they are underwritten carefully and managed honestly.
From our base in Perth, we invest in residential and mixed-use opportunities across the metropolitan area and selected regional centres. Our work spans the full property lifecycle — site identification and due diligence, feasibility and planning, development delivery, and the ongoing stewardship of completed assets.
We take a considered, research-led approach to every acquisition. Rather than chasing short-term swings in the market, we focus on the fundamentals: location, land supply, infrastructure investment, demographic change and the genuine needs of the communities our projects serve.
